Three Sips, Three Bites is a one-of-a-kind tasting experience that blends flavor, storytelling, and celebration. This August, we're paying tribute to the ingredient that needs no introduction, bacon, with a menu built around its smoky, savory, and surprisingly versatile character.
Guests will enjoy three chef-curated courses alongside three handcrafted cocktails, each pairing designed to highlight bacon in a whole new way, all inside the intimate setting of The Workshop Culinary Theater at Luminary Hotel & Co. Whether you're a die-hard bacon enthusiast or just looking for a great night out, this is a celebration worth showing up for.

Welcome Cocktail & Reception Bite
Bacon jam crostini, whipped goat cheese, tomato bacon jam, micro basil. Paired with a maple bacon Old Fashioned, bourbon, maple syrup, orange bitters, candied bacon garnish.
First Course
Wedge salad "BLT", baby iceberg wedge, heirloom tomatoes, crispy applewood bacon, avocado ranch drizzle. Paired with a house Bloody Mary, smoked salt rim, celery bitters.
Second Course
Bacon wrapped dayboat scallop, sweet chili glaze, mango papaya salsa, charred lime. Paired with a Pineapple Rum Smash, White rum, grilled pineapple, mint, lime.
Third Course
Ballotine of Poulet Rouge, bacon and wild mushroom farce, sweet corn purée, grilled asparagus, smoked chicken jus. Paired with a Bacon Espresso Martini, vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, maple bacon crisp.
