Parents and caregivers of children attending programs Parents/Caregivers of children under 7 years old need to remain with their children at all times. Tickets Available Priority is given to Livingston Library card holders. Please show your Livingston Library card to pick up tickets at the Youth Services Desk 30 minutes before the program start time. Non Livingston card holders will be placed on standby. Unattended Policy Children ages 12 and under: a parent or responsible caregiver (age 16 or older) must remain with the child or remain in the Library and be immediately accessible to the child at all times, including when a child is attending a library program.
