Named in honor of Jeff Thompson and Steve Martindale, the Pancake Breakfast has been a cherished part of Laramie Jubilee Days for decades. Each year, families, friends, and visitors gather on the lawn at St. Matthew’s to enjoy a fabulous free breakfast before heading out to enjoy a full day of Jubilee Days festivities.
A special thank you to the Laramie Soup Kitchen for helping continue this wonderful community tradition and bringing people together year.
