Forest Bathing Walk with a Volunteer Certified Forest Therapy Guide

Join us for a Forest Bathing Walk led by Volunteer Certified Forest Therapy Guide Susmitha Kilaru on June 14 from 9–11 am. This gently paced, guided walk invites participants ages 13 and up to deepen their connection with nature through sensory experiences along easy trails. Expect to spend two hours immersing yourself in the tranquility of nature, with the option for some off-trail exploration. Simple snacks and beverages will be provided at the end.
