Be Internet Awesome

Join us for a dynamic series of engaging events designed for all ages, emphasizing digital literacy, creativity, and parenting support. The "Be Internet Awesome" program empowers children ages 6-12 with the guidance and tools needed to navigate the digital landscape responsibly. Meanwhile, teens aged 13-17 are invited to participate in the Teen Advisory Board Meeting, where they can voice their ideas for new programs. Parents of teens (ages 13-18) can attend a seminar on Raising Competent Teenagers, presented by an accredited librarian from the Triple P Positive Parenting Program, to learn strategies for fostering responsibility and independence. Additional activities include the Crazy Canvas Art session for adults, allowing creativity through collaborative painting, and interactive events like Rudy's Radical Science Show for kids, customized soccer jersey bookmarks for teens, and Family Storytime for toddlers (0-5 years old).
