Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that brings you into the space between wakefulness and sleep. Unlike other meditation practices that focus on heightened awareness, Yoga Nidra encourages deep relaxation and subconscious exploration. This practice can support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being.
Yoga Nidra may feel like a restorative nap or a journey inward to parts of yourself that are often quiet or hidden beneath daily activity. Many people leave with a greater sense of clarity, insight, and connection to self. You are welcome to bring a notebook or journal if you’d like to reflect on your experience afterward.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing. Props will be provided to help you settle into a fully supported and restful position for the duration of the practice.
