Knock Knock in the Know with Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Health

Join us for the "Knock Knock in the Know: Smart Start - Healthy Habits for School Success" workshop on Wednesday, July 15, hosted by FMOL Health | Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Health and community partners. This free, interactive family event offers practical tips to help your child start school feeling healthy, confident, and ready to learn. Activities will include hands-on experiences for parents and children, discussions on healthy sleep routines, nutrition and snacks, active play, managing screen time, building daily routines, and supporting emotional readiness. Registration is encouraged, and the event is open to the public, supported in part by an Impact Grant from the Baton Rouge Area Foundation.
