Over the course of 7 days together, we’ll move, breathe, explore, rest, and reconnect—through practices inspired by the energy of the Greek goddesses. Think strong, fluid, grounded, expressive… honoring all the parts of you that don’t always get the time or space to be fully seen and celebrated.
While this retreat is powerful, it’s also fun. There will be laughter, lightness, and moments you didn’t even realize you needed. You’ll be a part of a circle of women that supports and uplifts one another in a destination that is on many people's bucket list!
Overview of what our day will look like:
*Morning Vinyasa Yoga overlooking ”Big Blue”
*Nourishing meals (breakfast + dinner) with fresh Greek flavors
*Time to explore the island or relax by the pool or beach (just steps away)
*Afternoon sessions: meditative movement w/ journaling, or restorative yoga
*Full spa access + a bonus 30-minute massage for each retreat guest
You’ll also experience a 3-hour guided hike and a 5-hour island tour, including a breathtaking visit to a 1,000-year-old monastery perched along the cliffs.
