Prenatal Yoga offers a nurturing and supportive space where you can deepen your connection with your growing baby while caring for yourself throughout pregnancy and safely return after having a baby.
This is a gentle class. Through a thoughtfully designed sequence of yoga postures and breath work, these classes help ease the physical and emotional challenges of each trimester, preparing you for a smoother delivery and postpartum recovery. Regular practice can help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as heartburn, swelling, back pain, and sciatica.
Share this special time with other pre-postnatal mothers together in a welcoming environment, where you can support each other in the motherhood journey!
Pre|postnatal yoga will be led in 5-week sessions (even though it is a consistently offered class) to give our instructor a break in between sessions.
Drop-in to any class for $22 or purchase a 5 pack of classes for $85.
