All board meetings are open to the public. Meeting Agenda (posted one week prior to the meeting) The meeting will take place in person at the Library and online via Zoom. A link will be posted on the day of the meeting at 9:30 am on this page. The meeting begins at 10:00 am. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Public comment may be made by sending an email to: director@jclibrary.info prior to 10:00 am on the day before the meeting. Comments will be acknowledged during the “Public Comment” section of the Board Meeting.
