Join Kenzie and Kiran for a deeply nourishing class combining the gentle stillness of restorative yoga with the subtle healing power of Reiki. This practice is designed to bring deep relaxation, balanced energy, and quiet insight. Through postures that support the solar plexus and third eye chakras, you will be invited to gently ignite the steady inner fire of the solar plexus and soften into the illuminating clarity of the third eye - before closing the practice by connecting to the heart. Reiki and aromatherapy will be integrated throughout to encourage physical relaxation and emotional clearing of the chakras, while long-held, supported poses help create space in the body for rest and release. This class offers a gentle and powerful space to unwind, reconnect, and restore – you will leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
