This is for those who have attended breath classes at The Healing Temple or have a similar experience.
This is an advanced breath journey designed for transformation and spiritual connection.
In the rebirth process, you will release tension, old stories, and emotional residue to make space for the new state of being.
For the Quantum Leap of transformation, you will shift into a higher state of being, connecting with your "higher self" or soul to create lasting change through an elevated state of consciousness and awareness.
You will be guided and supported through this journey in a safe space.
You will be guided to set your intentions for your transformation, journey with the breath for 60 minutes, and end with a reflective integration(sharing is optional).
