Details:
A Power Bootcamp class uses heavy weights to build strength. Using stations, circuits, or full room functional moves, we'll do slower reps, heavier weights, and less cardio than you'll find in a regular bootcamp class. All levels are welcome, and clients can choose weights based on their needs. Please wear sneakers and join us in Suite 105.
