This class will begin with focused mobility work to increase joint range of motion in areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine. With your body primed and ready to go, you'll use dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight to methodically build full-body muscle and power. Each month you'll also learn a new kettlebell skill to challenge the mind!
