Details:
In this class, you will use the support of a chair, either sitting or standing, for different poses and to help with balance, stretching, range of motion, and breathing. Chair yoga is for all but could be especially beneficial for students with limited mobility or healing from an injury. No yoga experience is needed. Studio will provide chairs and other props.
