Toddler Yoga: July

Let your littles join us for a little yoga, a little movement, a little play, and a little mindfulness in this Toddler Time Yoga inspired class. Some days we'll have an activity, some days we'll learn and play but every class your child will leave with a few new yoga moves under their belt. Ideal for kids ages 3-5.
Parents are welcome to stay on the benches if they wish but this is just a class for Toddlers. We love offering other classes at this time for you to take advantage of, too!
