Delaware Guidance Services Tabletop Information Session

Join us for an informative event featuring Delaware Guidance Services (DGS) and Teleservice Specialist assistance. DGS, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing mental health services to children and families across Delaware, will share details about its various offerings, including a 24-hour crisis response program, short-term crisis bed support, mobile outpatient therapy, psychiatry, and counseling. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about these essential services.

Additionally, a Teleservice Specialist will be available every Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm for walk-in assistance with various employment, health, and social needs. No appointment is necessary, and patrons can receive help with job and career guidance, resume support, computer assistance, Delaware ASSIST applications (for Medicaid and SNAP benefits), housing and food resources, and referrals to partner organizations. The specialist also provides a secure, confidential space for private virtual appointments, including telehealth sessions, job interviews, and legal consultations.
