Experience the calming flow of Tai Chi—a practice that promotes balance, healing, and mindfulness. This beginner-friendly class can be done standing or seated, with both variations offered throughout. Enjoy a peaceful session designed to enhance balance, coordination, and memory. Registration is recommended, but not required. Please see below for the list of dates for the year.
