Elevate Coaching and Advocacy Emotional Regulation and Executive Functioning Workshop (6-7 yo)

Meltdowns, frustration, and big reactions doesn’t mean a child is “misbehaving”—it means they need tools.
This 4-session summer workshop for ages 6–7 gives kids those tools in a fun, supportive environment where they’ll learn to understand their feelings, calm their bodies, and build confidence that lasts far beyond the summer.
Through games, stories, movement, and hands-on activities, led by a licensed Executive Function Practitioner, your child will leaving feeling more confident and independent but most importantly equipped to be more regulated.
