Details:
In this workshop, students will be given a brief history of “Plein Air” (French for “outdoors”) and a basic list of materials needed. Students will learn, through exercises, the steps, techniques, and tips used for a successful painting. The class will include sketching with paint and exercises designed to mimic what students will need to do when they go out to paint. This class is meant to prepare students for our monthly outdoor painting sessions and will be required to join them.
