Rosa's Tavern Cooking Demo

Steve Costa, owner and head chef at Rosas Tavern, will demonstrate his modern twist on Portuguese and Italian cuisine! Those registered will see Steve make one of his famous homemade dishes and get to sample it at the end! While Steve shows you how to prepare this recipe, he will answer questions about his lifelong culinary career, Rosas Tavern, and anything food related you might want to know.
