John Keevan, lifelong library patron and vegan cook who has taught dozens of cooking classes at Fuller, returns to teach you about different vegan recipes you can make at home. He will demonstrate how you can make homemade Tunisian potato salad from scratch and those in attendance will get to sample it at the end of the class! Registration required as space is limited.
