Details:
Batteries & Brews is our bi-monthly gathering for EV owners and enthusiasts. Whether you are a seasoned owner, a newbie or considering going electric, this will be an opportunity to hang out and learn from each other, as well as stay informed about Drive Electric RVA's outreach and advocacy activities.
This month's guest speaker is Townsend Brown, state government affairs policy manager at Scout Motors. The Charlotte, N.C., company is a subsidiary of Volkswagen that will focus on building battery electric and range-extended trucks and SUVs.
Join us in-person on the third Wednesday of every other month from January to November. We'll be in the backroom of The Answer Brewpub. Come early at 5:30 PM to show off your electric vehicle and see other cool rides on display and talk to their owners. Stay for the conversation and enjoy the craft beers and Vietnamese-inspired cuisine starting at 6 PM.
If you cannot attend in person but want to hear the guest speaker, you can join the Zoom call for that portion of the program.
