Visit the Workshop on Thursday mornings this Summer for new sessions with the STEM Mobile Makers, hosted by students from the Science Education Department at California State University, Long Beach. π This session is for students who will be in grades 3rd-5th π Thursday β° 10:00 am - 12:00 pm π§ Build STEM Projects π‘ Solve Problems β Explore Science & Engineering π Be Creative π€πΌ Meet New Friends π Parent/Guardian required to sign in student π€ Located in the Workshop π’ Registration required π‘The STEM mobile makers program is a National Science Foundation-funded program active at 4 CSU campuses that gives youth grades 3-8 opportunities to explore science and engineering. Kids will build confidence in problem-solving through hands-on activities and design-based challenges. During each session, kids will plan, build, troubleshoot, and improve their custom STEM creations by using a variety of everyday materials, tools, and digital technology.
