STEM Mobile Makers-Summer Session (3rd-5th Grade)

Visit the Workshop on Thursday mornings this Summer for new sessions with the STEM Mobile Makers, hosted by students from the Science Education Department at California State University, Long Beach. 🎒 This session is for students who will be in grades 3rd-5th 🗓 Thursday ⏰ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm 🔧 Build STEM Projects 💡 Solve Problems ⚙ Explore Science & Engineering 💭 Be Creative 🤝🏼 Meet New Friends 📝 Parent/Guardian required to sign in student 🤖 Located in the Workshop 🟢 Registration required 💡The STEM mobile makers program is a National Science Foundation-funded program active at 4 CSU campuses that gives youth grades 3-8 opportunities to explore science and engineering. Kids will build confidence in problem-solving through hands-on activities and design-based challenges. During each session, kids will plan, build, troubleshoot, and improve their custom STEM creations by using a variety of everyday materials, tools, and digital technology.
