In this class, the first half of class will focus on strengthening your abs, obliques, and lower back. The second half of class will focus on strengthening and toning your glutes!
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent.
