LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. LES MILLS GRIT™ takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. This workout comes in 3 varieties; cardio, strength and plyometric exercises.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent.
