We guarantee you'll break a sweat in this cardiovascular challenge as your instructor guides your team through hill climbs, sprints, and other drills and exercises while the music motivates you! This workout is low impact with scalable intensity.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent. 9-11 year old's who have completed Youth Conditioning may participate with a parent. Participants of any age must be able to fit the bike.
