Details:
Build strength and stability, improve posture and balance and get your heart rate up with the high- energy, low-impact movements in Barre. Combining the best of several fitness disciplines. Barre focuses on core stability (Pilates), balance and range of motion (Ballet), strengthening through isometric holds (Strength Training), improving overall health and mindful movement, stretching and breathing. You will train with a chair in place of a barre during this class.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent. 8-11 year old's who have completed Youth Conditioning may participate with a parent.
