This is a total body workout to tone and sculpt every major muscle group, increase strength and flexibility, and boost your metabolism using strength exercises. You will work multiple muscle groups and recover with stretching techniques.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent.
