Please register for each date individually! Chair yoga is a form of yoga that can be done while seated or standing, using a chair for support. Imagine improving your flexibility, concentration, balance, and strength... while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain. This practice also incorporates mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises similar to traditional yoga. All props provided. Reminder: If you cannot attend the program, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
