Reduced admission days

Join the Deering Estate for a celebration of our nation’s 250th anniversary with reduced admission days and a new Nature Preserve Tram Tour. As one of Miami-Dade County's "Heritage Parks," Deering Estate plays a crucial role in the local history, environment, and recreational offerings. Enjoy $8 general admission on select holiday weekends: Memorial Day (May 23-25), 4th of July (July 4-5), and Labor Day (Sept. 5-7). Admission is free for Deering Estate Foundation members, children under 3, and active military personnel plus up to five family members as part of the Blue Star Museums program.

Visitors can bring a picnic and relax among the Royal Palm trees while overlooking Biscayne Bay, or join a Guided Museum Tour at 11:30 a.m. Tickets should be purchased online in advance for reduced admission, and members are encouraged to present their cards at the gate.

Additionally, guests can explore the hidden natural areas of the estate on guided tram tours, available on select dates in June, July, and August. These tours are led by knowledgeable naturalists and provide insights into the estate's ecology, conservation efforts, and cultural history. Tram tours cost $20 (ages 4 and up) and include general admission to the estate on the same day. Discounted rates are available for Deering Estate Foundation members.
