Join us for the Butterfly Release Experience every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to noon at the Butterfly Bungalow for just $10 (plus garden admission or membership). This enchanting behind-the-scenes event allows participants to release butterflies into the exhibit, surrounded by hundreds of free-flying butterflies. You'll carefully open protective envelopes and observe as each butterfly makes its first moments in its new home—some taking flight immediately and others taking their time to stretch their wings, making each release a unique occasion.
To ensure a memorable experience for both guests and butterflies, the event is limited to 10 participants and the Butterfly Bungalow will be closed to the public during this time. The release lasts about 15–20 minutes, with a total of 30 minutes reserved to fully enjoy the experience. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to maximize your time in the exhibit.
