Summer Market at Howe Meadow

Join us this summer for the Cuyahoga Valley Farmers Market (CVFM) at Howe Meadow, where the morning air is filled with a special kind of magic! From May through October, every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (rain or shine), we welcome the community to explore our vibrant market featuring over 70 local farmers, producers, and artisans. Located at 4040 Riverview Road, Peninsula, OH, our market is not just for your weekly grocery haul—it's a gathering place for neighbors, food lovers, and families.

We proudly accept SNAP and the Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program, making fresh, local food accessible to everyone in Northeast Ohio. Additionally, during our monthly Second Saturday Harvest with Food Rescue US - Akron, we encourage shoppers to contribute by purchasing an extra item to donate, helping ensure that fresh produce reaches neighbors in need.

To keep our space comfortable and inclusive, we have designated a Dog-Free Hour from 9 AM to 10 AM, allowing for a peaceful shopping experience, followed by a time when well-socialized dogs are welcome. Remember to wear your comfortable shoes and bring reusable bags as most vendors accept credit cards but cash is always helpful.
