Light the Night Fundraiser Weekend Crop

Partner with me as I raise money for Blood Cancer United (formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) in honor of my son, James! James has been invited to be this year's Honored Hero for Light the Night in Fresno! He was diagnosed with Acute T-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia in February 2024. He is still receiving maintenance chemo treatment for his blood cancer but doing well and hoping to be completely done by the end of the year. The good news is the cancer has not returned!
WHEN:
Friday, September 4 from 5pm-midnight
Saturday, September 5 from 10am-10pm
Sunday, September 6 from 10am-10pm
Monday, September 7 from 10am-5pm
COST:
Instead of a crop fee paid to me, I am asking that you make a minimum donation to my Light the Night Team (donation link will be shared after you register). All donations are tax-deductible and will go towards our team goal of $25,000.
Friday or Monday: $35 minimum donation for 1 day
Saturday or Sunday: $50 minimum donation for 1 day or $90 for both days
3 days (Fri-Sun): $100 minimum donation
4 days (Fri-Mon): $135 minimum donation
MEALS:
I will donate one meal for each day. Friday dinner will be included and lunch will served on Saturday/Sunday/Monday. If you'd like to bring snacks and/or drinks to share, or your own meal, I have a small fridge and microwave available. There are also multiple places in my shopping center to get food.
CROP SPACE:
I can fit 18 croppers at my studio but will open the adjoining shop next door, if needed. I hope I need to! Seats will be assigned. You will get 4' of table space for cropping. I ask that all of your supplies fit in your space, under the table, or next to you. You may leave your supplies at the studio overnight. Croppers who attend multiple days will receive priority seating.
