Coastal Edge Shoot the Pier 5K

Enjoy a beautiful run on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk during the 6th annual Coastal Edge Shoot the Pier Surf Contest. All finishers will receive a finisher medal and commemorative t-shirt. The race will start at the Virginia Beach Fishing Pier on 14th Street boardwalk. On-site registration will be under the Coastal Edge tent near the start line on the boardwalk.
Enjoy a fast, flat, and out-and-back course along the Virginia Beach boardwalk with a view of the morning sun over the scenic oceanfront. There will be a water station set up at the turnaround point. Pro surf competitions will be underway shortly after the race, not to mention other fun events. All events are free and open to attend.
