Council Meetings
Council meetings take place in the council chambers on the first floor of City Hall. Meetings are held twice a month on the first and third Mondays.
Caucus: 6:30 pm
Business Meeting: 6:45 pm
If a meeting falls on a federal holiday, it will be held on the following Tuesday.
Public Participation
The public is welcome to speak at council meetings. To participate:
Registration: Sign your name, topic, and phone number on the sign-in sheet located at the entrance to the council chambers. Registration closes at 6:45 pm.
Speaking: Public comments occur at the end of the meeting after council business. Each speaker has 2 minutes to address the council.
Procedure: When called, approach the podium, state your name and address, and proceed with your comments.
