Aurora Fest is the city’s signature summer event that celebrates its rich cultural diversity, aptly themed "The World in a City." Scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 3 to 10 p.m. at the Aurora Municipal Center, this free, family-friendly festival invites attendees to enjoy a vibrant blend of food, live performances, and merchandise from 68 countries represented in the Parade of Nations. This year's highlights include an expanded festival footprint showcasing diverse international cuisines with a curated selection of 29 food trucks and stalls featuring dishes from Filipino lumpias to Jamaican jerk tacos. A special feature for this year is the Bright Flight 250/150 drone show, celebrating the milestones of our nation and state after sundown.
