Each week, you'll explore essential yoga postures, breathing techniques, alignment principles, and simple transitions at an accessible pace. You’ll learn how to move safely, use props effectively, and adapt poses to fit your body. This series will help you develop greater body awareness, balance, flexibility, and strength . By the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll feel more comfortable stepping into ongoing yoga classes or continuing a home practice with confidence. No prior yoga experience is needed. All levels are welcome.
