A dynamic, flow-based style that links breath with movement, perfect for building strength and flexibility. Vinyasa classes are strong, powerful yoga flow classes and include movements for whole-body toning & conditioning. Each class starts with a breath practice and then transitions into a fun and functional yoga practice resulting in better body control, mobility, balance and core strength. Classes will end with 5 minutes of rest leading into savasana. Vinyasa classes are best for those with some experience with yoga. Beginners are welcome. **If you have any injuries, if you are pregnant/ nursing, or have other considerations you want us to be aware of before attending class, please email us with 24 hours notice so we can best prepare for you.
