Details:
A calm, supportive practice designed for beginners or those looking for a more restorative experience. This class blends traditional Hatha Yoga with gentle movements that connect you with your breath and body. This class is great for relaxation and stress release and often includes meditation. Beginners Welcome! You do not need to be flexible or have any experience with yoga to join this class. The class will start with gentle breathing exercises and end with quiet reflection/savasana. *Classes are designed to be performed barefoot or with indoor ONLY shoes, if needed. If using shoes, please bring your own mat. If practicing barefoot you can bring your own mat or use ours. You will be asked to wipe down studio mats after use. **If you have any injuries, if you are pregnant/ nursing, or have other considerations you want us to be aware of before coming to class, please email us with 24 hours notice so we can best prepare for you.
