Details:
Foundations to Strength is an introductory Strength Training class. This class might be taught as a strength circuit in the studio with outdoor exercises offered when weather permits (bring outdoor shoes!) . This class offers a chance to learn proper technique when using dumbbells, various functional equipment, resistance bands, and kettlebells, or practice with just body weight. Classes are designed with variations for each exercise available to increase/decrease intensity. These classes are designed to improve bone density, build muscle, increase strength, improve balance, agility, and play. The goal of this class is to build a solid foundation to a strength practice, and learn something new. Your resulting Arms of Admiration, Chiseled Chest, Thunder Thighs, Gorgeous Glutes, and Bold Backsides will help you power up any mountain/challenge you face. **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** When indoors we practice barefoot or with indoor ONLY shoes, if needed. If using shoes, please bring your own mat. If practicing barefoot you can bring your own mat or use ours. You will be asked to wipe down studio mats after use. **If you have any injuries, if you are pregnant/ nursing, or have other considerations you want us to be aware of before coming to class, please email us with 24 hours notice so we can best prepare for you.
