Details:
Hatha II is a more challenging version of our Hatha yoga and meditation. Experience with yoga is required. Hatha Yoga is a more traditional yoga practice, including meditation and mindful movements for whole-body strengthening, mobility and balance. Each class starts with a breath practice and then transitions into a functional practice resulting in better body awareness, control, mobility, balance and core strength. *Classes are designed to be performed barefoot or with indoor ONLY shoes, if needed. If using shoes, please bring your own mat. If practicing barefoot you can bring your own mat or use ours. You will be asked to wipe down studio mats after use. **If you have any injuries, if you are pregnant/ nursing, or have other considerations you want us to be aware of before coming to class, please email us with 24 hours notice so we can best prepare for you.
