7 EVENT OPTIONS. 3 Olympic distance events (Triathlon, SwimBike and 1640 Yard Swim) and 4 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, SwimBike, 400 yard Swim, 5k Run). Triathlon = swim + bike + run.
