Ninja Courage Teen Grief Group

Ninja Courage

A free support group for teens in 7th-12th grade that provides structured interaction, experiential activities, and a safe space for sharing experiences and coping with loss.

In partnership with Baker Professional Counseling and Elite Ninja, this group gives teens in grades 7th–12th a space to:

• Talk about loss in a safe, understanding place
• Learn ways to handle tough emotions
• Use movement and mindfulness to feel grounded and strong
• Connect with others who “get it” to find hope, confidence, and healing

Registration is required. This is a 6 week group from Feb 6- March 13th. 5-6:30pm at Elite Ninja Academy.
