Rocks and Minerals Uncovered

Join us for "Rocks and Minerals Uncovered," an engaging event presented by the Virginia Museum of Natural History, designed for children ages 6-11 to explore the rich resources of the earth through hands-on rock and mineral samples. This event will take place at multiple library branches, specifically on Tuesday, July 28, from 2 PM to 3 PM at the Fincastle meeting room, and on Wednesday, July 29, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Buchanan meeting room, as well as from 2 PM to 3 PM at the Blue Ridge meeting room. *Registration is required due to limited class size (15 participants).
