Details:
Aquabata is Tabata in the pool. Tabata training is one specific format of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that utilizes short bouts of aerobic intertwined with bouts of anaerobic/toning. Each 4 minute 'Tabata Protocol' includes 8 continuous cycles of 20 seconds aerobic activity followed by 10 seconds of toning. This is a 60 minute class, with options for all fitness levels. We will be using pool noodles & pilates balls to improve grip strength and engage our core. This is a fun, stress free workout!
