An introduction to the traditional practice of Reiki, taught in the lineage of Mikao Usui.
In this Reiki Level I class, students will learn the foundations of Reiki energy healing, including how to practice Reiki on themselves and others. This class concludes with a Reiki Level I attunement, opening students to the Reiki energy and beginning their personal healing journey.
