Continue your yoga practice at the library! In this class for all levels, yoga teacher Helen Batchan will help you learn pranayama (breathing) techniques and how to do yoga poses aligned and safely. Each class starts with intention setting and ends in a blissful rest. Participants should bring their own yoga mats. REGISTRATION RECOMMENDED. By registering, you will receive event updates.
