Belpre America 250 Kickoff

Join the City of Belpre on Saturday, June 27, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Howes Grove Park for the America 250 Kickoff Celebration, an event celebrating the nation's 250th birthday. This family-friendly event features a FREE community picnic served by the Belpre Area Veterans and Boy Scouts, including hot dogs, chips, desserts, and beverages. Attendees can enjoy an antique car exhibit and children’s art projects by Artsbridge, as well as the honoring of the oldest veteran and Honor Flight participants. Special thanks to Belair's, Bob's Market, and Belpre Royalty.

Additionally, at 11 a.m., participate in the Butterfly Craft and Release by helping to release monarch butterflies and creating your own butterfly craft. This part of the event is open to all ages with no registration required. Bring your family, friends, and patriotic spirit for a day of community, patriotism, and fun!
