Family Bible Stories at the Campfire

There’s something about sitting around a campfire in the summertime with family and friends. It’s often a time for relaxation, conversation, and relationship building. It’s also a time for telling stories. This July, Abiding Savior, Elk River and St. Peter’s, Monticello are teaming up to host “Family Bible Stories Around the Campfire”. Each Wednesday starting July 1 from 6:30-7:30, you, your family, and anyone else interested are invited to Abiding Savior to spend their evenings with the perfect storyteller, Jesus. Jesus often told parables, earthly stories with heavenly meanings, to teach important lessons to his disciples and others. So, gathered around the campfire, we get to listen as Jesus tells us stories about what is like God, his love, and our life. Campfire snacks will be provided after the story as we enjoy the summer evening and the campfire together. So bring your lawn chairs and make your plans to join us.
